If you or your office is experiencing technical issues or have any technical questions, please use the following options to contact us and open a support ticket:

If you are emailing us, please include the following:
- A short description in the subject line
- A detailed description in the body including the name of the PC that is experiencing the issue as well as any screenshots or error messages that would help us resolve the issue.
- Your name and contact number. Please include a cell phone number or back office phone line at which we can reach you at within 30 minutes of submitting the ticket.
A trouble ticket will automatically be generated in our support system and notify our team so we can respond accordingly.
For any urgent matters such as a server outage, we do advise you to call us.
